This paper reports a case of a 69 years old female that presented a history of dizziness for 9 years, associated with altered vestibulo-ocular reflex (VVOR) and bilateral hypo-functiom at video head impulse test (vHIT), wicth confirmed CANVA syndrome. Imbalance is a consistent symptom of CANVAS and, in most cases, it is the first to manifest.
